Our goal is to help you develop a personal home practice that you can use to manage stress, pain, and to increase mobility and strength.
Each person is incredibly unique; everyone deserves and needs a practice that fuels your specific needs.
Learning to practice at home and in your own space is a special skill that takes time and dedication to develop. This is why our sessions are sold in a package manner. Repetition and follow through are our friends and drivers of success.
We will discuss all 8 limbs of the Raja yogic path and how they insect with chronic pain and illness.
