If you have pelvic pain from Interstitial Cystitis, Painful Bladder Syndrome, Endometriosis, Chronic Prostate Pain, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction this class is for you!

We will explore more than Asana; embracing philosophy, pranayama, meditation and pain science education to bring healing to our whole selves.
