Helena Spears is a sassy frank lady whose classes subtly challenge the body and mind. Yoga has allowed her to bring peace to her body, mind and soul, and since completing her 200h trainings with Red Door Yoga she strives to help others find the same peace.
Helena has a personal history of chronic illness and chronic pain. These experiences inform her practice and ability to connect with others dealing with similar issues. She has a specific interest in chronic pelvic pain, fibromyalgia and arthritis.
She likes spending time with her fur baby and husband, while finding gratitude and joy in everyday life. You can also find her outside walking, riding bikes or with her camera, and occasionally at her day job as an MRI tech.
