Your Brain on Pain and How Yoga Can Help

  • Using modern pain science education, and Yoga techniques we will learn how we can disrupt the negative persistent pain spiral. 

  • This day will include lecture, practice and group discussion to lay the foundation for a new understanding of ourselves and chronic pain. 

  • Yogic topics covered will include Yamas, Pranayama, Meditation and Asana

  • This workshop is designed for the person in persistent pain, but all who have an interest in chronic pain are welcome to join us.
