Your Brain on Pain and How Yoga Can Help

Using modern pain science education, and Yoga techniques we will learn how we can disrupt the negative persistent pain spiral.
This day will include lecture, practice and group discussion to lay the foundation for a new understanding of ourselves and chronic pain.
Yogic topics covered will include Yamas, Pranayama, Meditation and Asana
This workshop is designed for the person in persistent pain, but all who have an interest in chronic pain are welcome to join us.
